Chef was amazing! Went for New Year’s Day brunch and could have almost everything at the brunch tables. Chef offered to make a gluten free pasta dish in the back. They had gf bread in the kitchen. They gave me a whole tour of the brunch tables to show me what was safe for me. I ate a ton and all of it was incredible! Staff and chef were knowledgeable!

Many choices, chef came out and took us on a personal tour of options to show us what was safe. Lots of veggie options, meats and they were willing to cook gf pasta to order for me had I desired it. Chef was knowledgeable and knew about cross contact. Expensive, but at least I didn’t leave hungry or sick.

Everything that is gf is marked as gluten free on the buffet, so it's easy to know what you can eat. A large portion of the menu is gluten free. Ask the chef and they have special gf desserts prepared. They will also prepare gf pasta in the kitchen if you ask at the pasta bar. It was a great experience.
