If you're here, just go around the corner to Sprouts instead. Their stuff is often outdated and it's always freezer burned. Don't trust the bulk bins (this is true anywhere), but the guy who manages that section will scoop you out fresh stuff from the stock bins. It's mostly a vitamin shop, not a food shop.
