Review of Villains Brewing Company

CELIAC/GLUTEN-FREE PEEPS! tried their GF sopes and made sure to ask about cross contamination/ separate grills and basic safety procedures due to my allergy. the waitress, with an attitude, let me know corn tortillas are gf😃 when i obviously asked about the procedures with the cooking situation with the brisket and beans that were on the sopes. she let me know that yes they DO use separate everything but not too long after my food came out, which was good, i started to feel ill and went through my reactions that usually happened when i am glutened. not sure if waitress communicated with the cooks but just be mindful, i didn’t have anything else except what was served on my GF plate.
