Slow service with people getting up and leaving as they hadn’t been served, yet there more than enough waiters available to serve them. We didn’t receive menus for about 10 minutes and this was at 13:00, when the restaurant was quiet. The atmosphere wasn’t very accommodating considering we had to prompt the waiter to order and drinks then took 30 minutes to arrive. They had an extensive menu with gluten free options - pizza and pasta that was advertised boldly on the menu, but when we tried to order it, they said they had no gluten free pizza. To further add to this, food took 1 hour arrive and arrived at different times despite the long wait. On a positive note, it had clean facilities and the food was decent, but was ruined by the fact we had an unpleasant experience. I’d try somewhere else to eat as there are plenty of other places to eat in Alexanderplatz.
