This restaurant is a great place for someone who is gluten sensitive, but not a great place for someone who has celiac. They were knowledgeable about the generalness of gluten and had gf pasta, but not knowledgeable about cross-contamination and the severity of celiac. For instance, my waiter suggested that if I wanted a gluten free dessert, they could just cut off the graham cracker bottom. Super kind staff, they just weren’t as well-versed on celiac as other nice restaurants I’ve been to.
