The Bistro is incredibly tasty just avoid it during holidays because the small staff gets overwhelmed. My scallops came with crispy shallots (which can be done without flour it's just that these weren't) and I'm glad I asked the waitress about it because I stressed to her that I was Celiac. She was incredibly apologetic and they made me a whole new meal. The kitchen made me my own GF dessert of berries with lemon pastry cream. So delicious. They also have Omission beer. Huge plus. I found them to be very accommodating.
