Completely GF. All local sourced. Amazing food. Menu changes based in what ingredients they can get within a 100 mile radius. Worth a stop for sure!!!!

100% gluten free! The brown bread was amazing!! They serve small plates of locally sourced, organic food. It was delicious!! We cleaned our plates!! Muscles, chicken with crispy skin and fondue were all really good!!!!

This place is incredible! As other celiacs will understand, “didn’t make me horribly sick” sometimes feels like a low bar that a lot of restaurants don’t even pass. Not only is Vinland entirely GF and celiac safe, it was insanely good. I have never tasted food like this before. The dishes were full of complex flavors and so satisfying. I live 2.5 hours away and would return to Portland just to have another meal at Vinland.

There are no words to describe this experience. Yes it is an experience the food takes you to another plain. A little pricey but when you start eating you realize why. Heavenly.

Almost everything in the entire restaurant is gluten free - exception being the couple of dishes containing oats which server told me were not certified GF. It's a tasting menu, so a little different and perhaps not for everyone, but everything we had was amazing - especially on the turnip soup!

Wonderful experience with great food and staff. Don't be fooled by small plates, very tasteful and filling.

Awesome food, great atmosphere, hands-down the best cocktails (features all housemade absinthe, vermouths, garnet, pastis), and hyper-knowledgeable staff who will tell you all about the sourcing, preparation, health and nutritional info.
