I just called and they use the same oven and pizza pan as the original pizzas. We wouldn't trust it.

Vinny's Pizzeria. Wonderful staff, delicious build your own gluten-free free pizza. I've been coming to Vinny's for pizza for many years. After being diagnosed with celiac disease, I was a little worried about not getting to eat Vinny's pizza anymore. They told me about having gluten-free crust on hand (made offsite) and I gave it a try. I'm very sensitive to gluten and have never had an issue eating here.

We are local residents of boulder city. This is the only place in town my daughter will go for dinner (celiac). She always gets the pizza. I think pizza is the only GF option they have (unless salad w/out croutons), but it's good. She likes the pizza and it really is gluten-free. We've been going for years and she's never had a reaction.

Probably the best gluten free pizza crust I have had. The staff were really helpful.

We fell in love with this place. Great service, great food and my celiac son could eat pizza with us too. A little pricey but worth it. Very delicious.
