Fabulous find! Chef came out to explain dishes that were GF or could be modified. Home made GF breads and rolls. Creative fusion cooking from a talented chef. Best dinner we had in Andalucia. Not sure about safety but chef can advise. Kitchen is open to the dining area creating a cozy and homey ambiance.
