It's a hospital cafeteria - being in a hospital, they take safety extremely seriously. But although they have advertised gluten free options, they make it very clearly known that they can't adequately clean their pizza oven to prevent cross contamination. I appreciate the honesty but didn't even try the food.

I tried their veggie pizza, and you could not tell the crust was even GF. That's what I call a great pizza!
