Virtuous Pie hat mega leckere vegane Pizza, alle Sorten kann man auch in Glutenfrei bestellen. Es wird darauf geachtet nicht zu kontaminieren aber eben nicht garantiert (wird es ja nie). Ich hatte allerdings fast jedes mal Bauchschmerzen nach einem Besuch.

Ich habe dort bereits 2x gf Pizza gegessen und beide Male wurde ich bei der Bestellung direkt gefragt, ob es sich um Zöliakie handelt. Für mich definitiv ein gutes Zeichen! Es gibt eine separate Zubereitungsstation für die gf Pizza und ich hatte bisher nie Symptome :) Der Pizzabelag ist von den Zutaten her außergewöhnlich und mega lecker! Allerdings finde ich die Pizza bzw den Teig an sich super fettig. Gibt definitiv bessere gf Pizzen in Köln.

Ich hab bisher echt gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Sie fragen nach ob es sich um eine Zöliakie handelt und geben sich dementsprechend in der Küche Mühe. Es gibt wohl eine glutenfreie Ecke für die Zubereitung und alle Mitarbeiter*innen sind geschult. Ist halt eine Küche mit auch glutenhaltigen Gerichten, dementsprechend gibt es sicherlich trotzdem ein Kontaminationsrisiko. War aber wirklich happy!
