They boil all their gf pasta in the same water. You have to request it separate, but they don’t offer it unless you specifically ask. I ordered a dish and specified gf multiple times, saying I have celiac. They brought out a gf dish with a fried potato on top. When I questioned if it was in a shared fryer and gf they Said yes. So I asked they send it back and said they’d have to remake it completely. The waitress was totally understanding. Two minutes later it came out again with the indentation of the fried fries in the food. My husband asked if they just came back with the same exact dish and pulled out the fries, the manager laughed and said “I will check”. We found out it was the same dish. She literally gave us the same cross contaminated dish and pulled out the fries and lied to us about it. The chef came out and rectified it. But I’d never feel safe eating here again.

The staff is very nice and there are quite a few gluten free options. They will also bring out gluten free crackers to have at the beginning of the meal while everyone else has bread, and your own stuff for dipping. They even will prepare your entree in a separate way to prevent cross contamination. Would definitely recommend! Very accommodating establishment.
