Staff has always been accommodating. Several options, I have eaten there several times with no reaction.
When you order gluten free they specifically ask if you have celiac and if so, take extra precautions.
Food is pretty good, a decent portion of the menu is available for us. Aside from saying gluten free pasta is available, the menu doesn't give any information but the servers are knowledgeable. Unfortunately they don't have gluten free bread for before the meal but overall a very positive experience.

They have so many gluten free options. They use gluten free flour. I also have to be milk free and there were many options for that.

Authentic Italian deliciousness with some gf pasta choices if desired. Plenty of “regular” options are gf such as mussels in marinara. I assume if you have celiac disease (I don’t) you don’t eat in restaurants that serve a lot of wheat based foods like pasta and bread. I am giving 5 stars because this is a great Italian restaurant with several gf options that aren’t salad (though the salads are delish) and to help boost the unfairly low score from the person who gave the food rave reviews but “was sick the next day.” We can’t be certain it was Vito’s that made you sick. That said, I once had a less than stellar experience here. I was home alone for the evening and having some serious carb cravings so I decided to treat myself to take out gf pasta from Vito’s. It was one of the chicken dishes that comes with steamed spinach and pasta on the side. I was well into hangry when I went to pick it up and was told they were out of gluten free pasta so they just subbed extra spinach and charged me the same price. No! You don’t order from a pasta place, not get your pasta, and expect that everything is ok and it’s worth the same price. I would have knocked off one star for this incident if I didn’t feel I was compensating for an unfairly poor review below plus a review that is excellent yet is only four stars. Eat at Vito’s. Leave a fair review.
They have gf pasta and safe sauces. The salad was really yummy too. I'm not usually very sensitive to cross contamination but they must cook the noodles in the same water because I was sick the next day. Our server was also very busy and not very attentive despite my allergy warnings. Be careful if you go here and ask questions!
Had gluten free pasta and a nice selection of gluten free sauce choices. Franco, our server, made the night with his magic tricks and great attitude!
