Used to eat here all the time before becoming gf. Not many options are soy free

They have GF items marked (basically anything that isn't fried and wrapped). It's delicious and they have tons of options. Staff isn't super knowledgeable but since we don't order the fried stuff I feel pretty confident.

This is restaurant specific, they have no idea what gluten is...no idea. Also see below, they don’t care about you as a person much less if you have an allergy.
I love this restaurant chain and eat at it often, the staff, other than the person taking the order, was the rudest and most unprofessional I have seen in a long time in the restaurant world. They also don’t seem to care about sanitation or protecting the customers. I watched them take something back from a customer and hand it behind the counter to the cooking side of the kitchen. Additionally. I ordered a side of fries for my family to share, overall over a $50 order. I went back to the counter to get the fries and the manager said “I didn’t order fries”. Just then the a basket of fries appears in the window. We were one of two people in the restaurant. The other couple, as they are picking up there food told the manager that they didn’t order fries. The manager then says to me if you want fries you can get back in line and order them. I was so taken back, I went back to my table to get my receipt, and sure enough they hadn’t charged me for fries, which I was happy to pay for. I asked her why did they make fries if no one in the store had ordered them, and the cashier said it was her fault she knew I Ordered them and had them make them. Then the manager stepped in and made sure I paid for a basket of fried, which I had to wait on them to remake, while the rest of my food went cold. Additionally, the facilities were sticky, greasie, and over all dirty.

They use soy in almost everything. Soy allergies beware
Great gf options and the food is always good
Great GF options. Have a GF menu. We eat here all the time and recommend it to everyone! Food is delish and fresh!! Have great kids meals with fruit and pulled chicken!
Yes
I have eaten there several times. I get the 1/4 chicken, green beans and cilantro infused rice. I have never gotten sick but I always order the same thing.
Yes
NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY!!! When I was assured what I ordered was gluten free, I expected it to be. I was getting sick before I could get halfway through lunch (which is probably a good thing so I didn't eat more of that garbage). Staff believes they are knowledgable and are NOT. At all. Previously, corporate never returned my email requesting information regarding gluten free items on their menu. Today is a beautiful day and it is now ruined, because I will be spending sick instead of with my 3 year old daughter. Viva Chicken?!! Morte Chicken!!!!!!!!
No
I had the Quinoa Stuffed Avocado and love it! Staff was very patient and went over the whole menu and identified what was gluten free.
Lots of gluten free options, let them know your gf for a glove change. Tasty, Rice bowl or stuffed avacado and passion fruit drink is my go to.
They have allergy menu online and in house if you ask.

Super frustrated with Viva Chicken, I’ve been eating here for months and only just found out that the chicken is all marinated with ingredients containing wheat, which means all chicken is contaminated with gluten. Won’t be returning as not being able to eat the chicken makes the menu pretty sparse.

The chicken is no longer gluten free. The staff was clueless, but finally a manager came out and said that the chicken is now marinated in beer that contains gluten.
