Viva Empanadas

Son was visiting Union College and I confess I didn't have high expectations for GF selections in Schenectady. I was wrong! Viva was amazing. This place was a short drive, in Lantham. They have a separate fryer and prep for the GF empanadas. What a treat. P.s. it is located in a very cool food court (i hate to call it that because its way nicer than that) so there are options for the whole family.

Oh my goodness! These empanadas were heaven! ♥ The food was fresh, fast and delicious! I live in Plattsburgh but cannot wait to come back. Thankfully, I have family in the area. Thank you VIVA empanadas for an amazing culinary treat!

Loved these empanadas. Tried three out of four of the gluten free and the D’verde and Cuban beef we incredible. Fast service and reasonably priced.

Soooo delicious!!! Empanadas are all gluten free. They’re fried in separate fryers. We tried them all and they’re all so good.. and really affordable?! The location confused us at first, but you have to walk inside the Galleria 7 Market to find it.
