Went in and spoke with the manager. Says that it is GF „friendly“ but NOT celiac safe. he said every surface in their kitchen is cross contaminated and that he would not recommend someone with celiac disease or who is very sensitive to eat there.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
