Really impressed with how Vivo handled my celiac needs. I called ahead (venue was chosen by my work colleague) and got the info that their chips are gluten free and brought in from outside - and when I arrived they had hand-written a list of all the things on the menu that could be made gluten free. The verde enchiladas were delicious (just tell your server that you’re GF so they don’t dip the tortillas in the cross-contaminated oil). Even the rice and beans were extra tasty! Lovely spot.

This was my fave restaurant in town before diagnosis and I braved it a year later and am glad I did. Have eaten here 3x in past 2 months with no problems. Ordered chicken enchiladas on corn with verde sauce. Ask them to add lettuce, onion on top for extra fresh taste. Get side of sour cream if you want it. Salsa and yellow tortilla chips which are baked by outside company and come in basket are GF (but don’t eat whiter chip they make in shared fryer if there is ever one on your plate, which they didn’t do but I see them on non-GF orders to keep beans from making tacos soggy). I get refried black beans as bean option. This order is so yummy!

Went for the first time last night. OMG, the food is great. The waitress, Anayeli, was very attentive to my gluten free needs. Much of the menu is gluten free!!I had the Shrimp Relleno, wow! Not fried or battered, grilled and topped with fabulous Roasted Pepper Crema. Their refried and charro beans are amazing and vegetarian. Sadly, they don’t have a designated frier. The ac was out and it was still packed and well worth the discomfort
