Update: I've since gone to this pho spot several times. I believe the restaurant is ran by a family and the staff recognizes me now. I feel very safe and I have even used their take out option. The pho and some rice and rice noodle dishes work for me---I always check with the staff to make sure. The grilled items are a risk for cross contact. I enjoy the food and every new dish I try becomes a favorite.
The first time I went to eat, I called ahead and asked about a gluten free menu. They said that they didn't have one but there were items on the menu that could be gluten free. I decided to try it and I was pleasantly surprised at how careful they were. The first time I visited, I got the lemon grass chicken noodle bowl. The second time, I ordered the Thai basil beef stir fry. Both were delightful. The wait staff seem to know the menu and ingredients well to help guide me through my options.
