I got the chicken alfredo with gf noodles, it was $36 for two orders. The chicken they use is not good. It is diced, pre-cooked chicken that is microwaved. I picked out all the chicken pieces and ate around it because I was hungry and I spent so much money on it.

I always get the gluten free chicken Alfredo and it is super yummy! I am gluten intolerant, not celiac, so I don’t know about whether there is cross contamination issues here or not, but the food itself has never given me any indication of gluten. They also have gluten free pizza and I always get the “crack fries” as an appetizer. Definitely try the chicken Alfredo though! :)

From the second floor you can see the area where pizzas are made. I ordered a pizza and from what I could see they didn’t change gloves or clean the workspace. So there was a lot of contamination.

Was more than impressed. We had gluten free pizza & pasta. It was literally the best we've ever had. Great flavor, great service, great view. New favorite spot to dine.
Yes
We ordered GF pizza and they came back 15 minutes later and said they were out of the crust. Ordered GF pasta dish and 5 minutes later came back and said no pasta. Ordered salads and they are very small not a meal.

Volare has very few gluten free options. While their bruschetta has never given me trouble, their gluten free lasagna always does. Even upon lengthy conversations with the server about celiacs--it doesn't change. Each time I'm met with a reaction. If you come here get a salad and bruschetta. Outside of that safety CANNOT be ensured.
Update: they got rid of their bruschetta. So there goes that.
The salad are great , pasta only available in gluten free , if you want to eat pizza your out of luck. If you don't have gluten free options for every thing on the menu why do it at all, not happy with my experience.
