Volcano Steak & Sushi

I went here for dinner tonight and it was delicious ! The staff are very informed about gluten free items. They do not have a GF menu and things are not marked, but they know what they can make GF. They have GF soy sauce and I had a pink lady sushi roll with no crunch - it was delicious. I also had the edamame which were great and the Hibachi. I went with the chicken and steak, fried rice and veggies. It was delicious and so enjoyable. The yum yum sauce is also GF. Check this place out ! Also - kids eat free on Thursday’s.

Had a great experience here. I let them know I'm gluten intolerant, and they cooked my whole meal in the back. No problems, no reaction, and the food was fantastic.

They are so great with celiac. The manager and her other staff have been so friendly and accomodating. When I call I inform them of my allergy and I have never had a problem. I get the chicken and shrimp hibachi fried rice with a side of vegetables! Plus, yum yum sauce is gluten free so even better :)

GF HIBACHI! I never thought I’d get it again! I got to sit with everyone at the grill table to watch the show, meanwhile they cooked my food in the back. Nothing is marked GF on the menu but they said they can make practically the entire menu gf so you just have to ask. I’ll definitely be going back.
