The knowledge isn’t widespread among the wait staff and this is a place where you should be your own advocate, but you can have a good meal here.
They have some sushi rolls which don’t have gluten, and others that can be made gluten free with some modifications. I told them I had a gluten allergy and mentioned a few things I knew I couldn’t have like soy sauce and tempura. They marked each item as gluten allergy and made sure one was made without crunch which I didn’t notice the first time. They also brought GF soy sauce.
