Volcano Sushi Bar & Hibachi

I am not sure how this is so highly reviewed. Everything is fried, has tempura, or tempura crunch on it. The waitress wasn't knowledgeable and wasn't friendly. I ordered a roll that did NOT have tempura listed on the menu, and it still came with tempura crunch. If you're Celiac, I would not risk this place.

Great gluten free soy , bad any sushi I wanted gluten free, changed gloves , made mine before anyone else at my table to make sure no cross contamination

Their bento boxes are such a great deal! Everything that comes standard with it is GF & vegan. I usually order with 2 avocado rolls (I don't eat fish) and ask for GF soy sauce. They have changed GF soy sauce brands since I first started going, and I don't care for the new brand - too salty. I bring my own coconut aminos now. The service is always speedy and very friendly. We are regulars.

The best sushi restaurant my family has eaten in a while. Crazy thing is I don't eat fish/seafood, so it's hard to find places that have more than vegetable rolls and if they have land meat, then it not fried. This place has a chicken roll that you can ask to not be fried and they grill it, I add avocado and jalapeños.... Yummmmmy and for daughter they get hibachi options and they make it plain or with their gluten free soy sauce instead of, say, teriyaki sauce and the kids 2 & 6 share one and theirs still leftovers
