we love this butcher, but the staff knowledge is mixed. their BBQ sauce is not gf, so beware of anything with sauce our marinade. staff may or not be aware.

We found a few GF beef sticks. Also, they have a list of things you can look at if you want to check. Their cold slaw was GF and yummy.

I was impressed! When I mentioned Celiac, they washed their utensils, hands, and used a different board to protect my g/f meat purchase.They also have a g/f food list for their workers. Hannah was especially helpful.
