We stayed at the hotel and breakfast was included in our package. There were so many gluten free options compared to the United States. They had a separate table with 2 types of gluten free breads and 5 types of cookies. I asked the chef what was gluten free and she easily pointed out what I could not have (which was only 1 or 2 things). They will toast the gf bread in the back in a separate toaster for you if requested. They had all sorts of fruits, different styles of eggs, jams, juices, potatoes, bacon, yogurt, coffee, gf granola, and more. A wonderful experience for breakfast as someone with Celiac. No issues any of the days!
For dinner one night, we ate at the bar restaurant. The waitress informed me that almost everything could be made gluten free. I got the tomato soup with gluten free cheese bread on the side and it was to die for! Highly recommend.

Ate both lunch and dinner here, compliments of Iceland Air after missing my connection due to bad weather. I was concerned about cross contamination at the lunch buffet so the chef prepared me a plate specially that was also dairy free. At dinner, the staff remembered my needs and accommodated. Both meals were absolutely divine and I had no reactions. My sincere thanks - it was a great experience.
