Vuela Tapas & Cocktail

The restaurant offers many options without gluten and they are delicious. The waiter and the bar-tender have been super nice and careful in specifying what was available without gluten. they fry with rise flour in separate oil from wheat. I had Cod Cubes (in starch with black garlic ali-oli) and the Crunchy Octopus with mashed potatoes and yellow chili, really really good. I also recommend to choose this place if you are cocktails lovers because you will find a wonderful selection of drinks.
