Wabi Sabi Rotary

I eat here regularly and have never been sick! This is rotary sushi, so you can watch your food come past and grab anything without tempura or soy sauce. There are always 4-7 different safe options. I love the rainbow and the forest maki. Very unassuming, very hassle free for gluten free sushi. Nothing is marked but you can inpect your plate before you decide to pick it up!
