They offer gluten free waffles! They are not celiac safe because they use the same griddle for the gluten waffles. It was really good, but maybe just a little dry. Nothing a little maple syrup didn’t fix!

(They don’t have gluten free listed on their menu. They weren’t busy so I just thought I’d ask, and they were very nice about it!)
