Waffle Chic

My experience at Waffle Chic is one of the best allergen friendly experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve come two years in a row and been given outstanding service. The food is delicious and everything is gluten free! Made specifically with Bob’s Red Mill products which gives me even more confidence. They even have vegan butter and vegan whipped cream if you’re dairy free/vegan as well! I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Discovered Shamica and her delicious food on our way through Waco and detoured on our way home adding extra miles JUST TO GO BACK. As someone who is GF/DF due to multiple autoimmune diseases this is an incredible safe haven with a knowledgeable owner serving absolutely delicious food. Go! Go today!

If you you have a GF allergy, nut allergy, or dairy allergy, this place is amazing. I had the Southern Belle Waffle (strawberry, banana, and nutella) bacon and eggs. It was freshly made a delicious. All of the waffles are GF, so there is little to no cross contamination. I will be stopping by any time I drive through Waco!

Separate fryer for fried gluten free chicken!

Wow! Just wow! You have got to go to this place when you are in Waco! They park their food truck at two different places. Just check their Facebook or Instagram page to see where they are at! Gluten free waffles!!! Dessert waffles and savory waffles! Gluten free fried chicken and waffles! Delicious. Oh and the owner is just the sweetest. You can tell that her food truck is her passion and she loves Jesus! You have to go here!
