Ate here twice. Excellent gf awareness and the best gf waffles I have ever had. As others have said, no fried food but the grilled yard bird is awesome. Highly recommend but be aware open Wednesday through Sunday 0800-300 only.

Staff was kind and knowledgeable about celiac disease and was careful with my food- even let me know which table I should avoid because they hadn't wiped it down thoroughly and it likely had gluten on it.

Food was delicious and so filling. Can't wait to go again!

COME HERE! I said that I have celiacs and they knew what to have! You cannot have the fried chicken but the grilled chicken is amazing! I had the Keto BAYB and it was great! Came with syrup and a different sauce that was good and a little on the spicy side!

Sooo good!! Yummy Keto waffle breakfast sandwich. They even have a celiac protocol for their gluten free foods!!! An entire dedicated kitchen separate from the regular waffles so no chance of cross contamination. My server even grabbed me fresh utensils from the box instead of the ones out on the counter on the regular side of the kitchen. I was super impressed!
