The waitress was incredible and also had celiac. She was able to make suggestions and made sure everything was taken care of! The gluten free waffles were very very good and they had a fair amount to pick from!

Amazing gf waffles. Crispy on the outside, fluffy and moist on the inside. Huge selection of items and the ingredients were high quality. I feel so fortunate to have this in our area! Outdoor seating at the Beaver location.

NOT celiac or gluten allergy friendly at all. Their GF waffles aren’t cooked on a dedicated waffle maker, and get cross contaminated. Also, the seasoning they use on their potatoes as well as in their omelets , BLT etc has gluten in it. Definitely avoid eating here

Crowded, loud, crummy looking staff and furniture. One of the women working there had her mouth hanging open like a trout and some of the messiest tangled hair I've seen, gross! The menu was next to useless as it simply stated that gf waffles were available and in no way indicated what sides or toppings were gf. We ordered hot peppermint tea, apple juice, gf waffles with chocolate chips, scrambled eggs, and fruit. We had a mild reaction; something was contaminated.

Celiac friendly?

Attentive waitress who asked questions of other staff when she didn't know the answer to my questions. Not only did I need a GF waffle but also dairy free, and they delivered! Super yummy!!! For those who are DF, the home fries are not safe because of the ranch seasoning. I wish we lived closer because this would be a quarterly treat!!

Waffles were wonderful. I was nervous about getting sick, but I can happily say I walked out feeling fine.

I'm pretty sure they do not have a dedicated gluten free waffle maker or they don't clean it before making one. I became very ill after eating here. The waffle was beautiful and very delicious but was not safe for those with celiac.

Staff is very knowledgeable about their menu - if the kitchen is unsure about an item and whether or not it’s gluten free they will ask you. With severe reactions from celiac disease, I have not reacted once after being to Waffles Incaffeinated multiple times

I had the Breakfast Magic waffle and it was delicious. The only slight problem was the egg wasn’t as warm as I would have liked it. No issues after eating.

They do, in fact, have both a dedicated, waffle maker, and dedicated fryer, so I’m not sure where the other reviewer got the idea that they don’t. I spoke with the manager before I went today to make sure. My waffle was delicious and my husband, who does not have celiac, enjoyed his as well.
