This is THE place for traditional Hawaiian food! They have entrees, sides, and desserts and most are GF. They have a list of all GF items posted at the register. The staff seemed fairly confident that there’s no cross contamination, and I felt fine after eating the beef lu’au, poi, haupia, and ice cream. Great little stop along the road with picnic tables to eat at.

Items marked, but I had some problems after eating, not sure where that came from since I actually don’t have any symptoms from eating gluten.

Now have a gluten free/vegan/pescatarian list posted on the window. I stuck with the Kalua pig which was pretty decent. It came with some white rice and raw salmon. This place is more of a grab-and-go style restaurant. We were surprised to find that there weren’t any tables to sit at. When I asked where we could eat, I was told that people usually eat in their cars in the parking lot, or there is a park 5 minutes down the street.

Walk up Hawaiian spot. I had the Kalua Pig plate. There were limited options for me, things weren’t marked. I was nervous, but ended up being ok. Proceed with caution.
