I have celiac disease and I reached out before I purchased tickets. I was able to confirm a special plate can be made for me to avoid cross contamination. After I purchased tickets I contacted them and advised my time and date I’d be there and was told the manager was notified. Before we took our seat the manager introduced himself to me and spoke with my waiter. My waiter brought over a sealed dish of food and later brought me some dessert. What a great experience and I didn’t get sick.

This was the only luau I found with any sort of GF information. I reached out to them before booking and got an allergen menu. Much of the menu is GF. It is a buffet so I asked for a separate plate and they accommodated. When I arrived I told them I had a plate and they brought out the different courses on wrapped plates for me. It was a large plate and had a little bit of all the Gf offerings on it. Dessert was the coconut jello and fruit.

Great food! Ask for the allergy menu since some items aren’t very clearly marked.

We ate there last night. I did reach out ahead of time and was given the menu and the allergy list. I was told everything would be clearly marked with allergens. Some dishes were not marked. However, since I had the menu, my daughter was able to eat a lot, safely.

Best GF meal I’ve had in 10 years of being celiac. Luau dinner was a huge buffet. I happened to have the most expensive ticket so I got to go first, which made me feel even more comfortable. Everything was clearly marked GF or vegetarian. I had salad, chicken teriyaki, beef brisket, sushi, salmon salad, and other items I can’t even remember right now. I def overate, but didn’t get sick.
