While the show was awesome, the buffet was not as good of a time. The food is all clearly labeled, but not all the labels are correct. For example, I and another got sick- likely from the sauce on the fresh catch of the day. Also, some of the desserts that say they do not contain gluten may, according to a server who checked with the kitchen. May be best to ask your server if they can cook something separate for you.

Wonderful experience. They did an amazing job with keeping all the food safe. They brought every course on a separate plate just for me that was clearly marked for the wait staff. Also, they made separate dishes just for me, so they didn’t just eliminate courses (except no gf bread). They even had four desserts which were amazing. The show was great with a grand finale of fire dancing and the sunset over the water couldn’t be beat. This luau did the best job keeping the food safe if you have Celiacs.
