A great little shop in heart of Wailuku. Delicious Sandwiches! Their house-made Gluten Free bun is very good. Sandwiches are quite filling. Perfect stop for a quick lunch.

Several gluten-free options in the baked goods case. They also have scrambled eggs and bacon on the breakfast menu. I didn’t look at the lunch menu options

Very good and lots of choices. Had 4 different muffins to choose from and a gf power bar. They also have a house made gf bun for all sandwiches, and all salads can be made gf as well. So many choices! Got a chocolate raspberry muffin - very good, and the build your own sandwich which was delicious. Would definitely come back!

Food is amazing. Coffee is fantastic! Gluten free bread is out of this world! Has the blt the first visit and can back for lox and cream cheese. Non-celiac partner thoroughly enjoyed both G breakfasts and coffee. GF muffins are also fantastic… and not overly sweet!

Hello my fellow glutten free friends , Iam vacationing in Maui and I found this little shop I tried the gf apple muffin and it was so delicious !!! And also the breakfast sandwich .. I do want to say that when I got here at 9am they still had bread but the girl told us that they sometimes run out really fast .. so if you are looking for a sandwich you should give them a call to see if they still have bread Available 😊 hope this helps

So good! Got an egg sandwich for breakfast on the way to the airport. Opted for ham on the gf muffin. Comes with scrambled eggs, cheese, and tomatoes. Really filling for 11+ dollars. Fast service. Several tasty looking gf muffins available as well but didn’t try them.

The gf apple crumb bar was absolutely fantastic. Also, the chocolate blueberry muffin (sounds strange) but was super chocolatey and so delicious. That's all they had for us, but holy yum was it worth the trip!
