The staff were very confused when I asked about gluten. They told me they did not know what it was. They seemed lovely and it looked good, but the staff on at the time didn't have any info about allergens, cross contamination or even what ingredients were in their products.

Update: have been here 5+ times and never gotten sick. Still recommend!
Their shave ice/ice cream, and syrups are all gluten-free. We didn’t try any of the toppings just to be safe. Can definitely recommend as my partner and I didn’t get sick!
