Review of Wakefield Tavern

They don’t have a gluten free menu. Everything is cross contaminated. They really wanted to help me by finding something they could fix me but honestly it was so difficult.

Everything labeled on the menu as gf is not. I know chicken wings are gluten free, if they are prepared right. But they are not. I know pizza crust can be labeled gluten free, but not if it’s cooked on a pan with a flour crust pizza.

The menu is definitely concerning and there is no warning for allergens or possible contamination.

Ps- don’t get the nachos as an appetizer. Other options may be more appealing. Not the nachos.
