Safety is be good. Taste isn’t quite it. Nothing special for people who like Chinese food apps.

This was our first time here - and it was amazing. The food was delicious and my brother and mother could have menu items that they haven’t been able to have in YEARS. We were amazed at how extensive the gluten free options were, and even more amazed at how neither my brother nor my mother had any sort of reaction to the food. We will definitely be back!

I can't tell you how much we appreciate being able to have celiac safe Chinese food. This place is incrediblly delicious and safe. They really know what they are doing at this place and they're very nice on the phone as well. Thank you for making such a great gluten-free food for those of us who need it. I hope you open more locations in Southern Connecticut! We travel about an hour to come get food here.

Use "Fussy Dieters" menu
Huge menu and 90%of menu can be made GF. Ordered the General Tsou's combination dinner with egg drop soup, pork fried rice and egg roll. I haven't had a egg roll in YEARS! Truly enjoyed my dinner. Portions are large- will make 2 meals. Family enjoyed their items as well. I'm so happy I now know about this place...

When I had to stop eating gluten, not being able to go to the chinese restaurant/ buffet made me SO SAD. I need to say, this place is amazing. Like. Unreal. Coming from a pregnant woman with intense cravings and celiac disease, im so happy rn. I got the sesame chicken, the shrimp and vegetables, and the shrimp dumplings. The sesame chicken you wouldnt even be able to tell it was gluten free. The shrimp and veggies is in an amazing sauce. The dumplings were OK, a bit doughy- I would do regular veggie not the shrimp next time. I am eager to go back and try more (the noodles and the gf eggrolls). It was honestly so delicious. Make sure to let them know you need everything prepared GF due to an allergy, they use a seperate cooking area. I ate it last night, havent gotten sick at all, and been eating it all day (leftovers lol) and im super sensitive to experiencing symptoms within literal minutes. WILL BE BACK !!!! You must go :)

I love Wang Palace!!! I grew up in Rocky Hill so anytime I come to visit my family we order take out from here. They have gf and non gf options available but are very careful. Basically everything on the menu can be made gf (I think) except wonton soup, hot & sour soup, fried wonton, peking duck. Soooo good!

Wow! Best Chinese food we’ve had in a long time. Service was friendly/great and food was even better (tasted awesome, great texture and hot (even as take out)), plus everything we wanted could be made GF! Appreciated that at pick up they confirmed everything was gluten free. We ate here on a road trip and wish this was closer to home for us - we would eat here all the time!

Went there for lunch. They still only offer takeout, unfortunately, but they do have a few seats at the bar at which they allowed us to sit. I tried the vegetable spring roll, the vegetable dumplings, the chicken and broccoli, and the vegetable fried rice. All the dishes were delicious and I did not get sick. The staff was very nice. I’ll definitely be back!

Top notch every time - pretty much everything can be made gluten free, just ask (they have a very excellent gluten free brown sauce that allows them to modify pretty much everything on the menu). Very knowledgeable about gluten allergies - I have never had a probem here! Fast service and huge portions as well.

Soooooo good. Tested three different things with Nima sensor and they all passed. Also had a bite of some other things that my partner got and did not get sick. Had /tested the General Tsos, veggie rolls, rice and also ate some chicken and broccoli and egg drop soup. Highly recommend.

Very good! Tons of options and they are super good with allergies. The first time I went I ordered on their Uber eats for pick up and they had a glitch on their site saying one item could be made gluten free. He informed me that it could not be made gluten free and offered to substitute with something different! Extremely knowledgeable, and even had gf soy sauce packets!

Fantastic GF food!!!! Almost entire menu can be made GF. They have a dedicated fryer for house made GF egg rolls, dumplings, soy sauce, fried rice and and much more. It is tasty and high quality. I have never had a reaction. They package GF items separately and include GF sauces. They have also called to confirm things and informed me when something can not be done GF when I have ordered takeout. I am unsure about their cross contamination precautions so that’s why I have four hearts though. Highly recommend!!!! Best GF Chinese I have ever had.

Wow! What a blessing to have gluten free Chinese food. Some items were marked gluten free on the menu, the rest I had to ask about. I ordered fried rice, egg rolls, dumplings, and tofu w/ veg in garlic sauce. The employee at the front double checked to make sure the order was correct, and separated the gluten free items from the non. I loved everything I ate here. No reaction, so I’m pretty confident everything was gluten free. Will be coming here often. Lower safety rating because I don’t know about their process for handling GF items

Safest and best Chinese in CT. I’ve been going here since they were in Glastonbury (now rocky hill). I’ve never gotten sick. Must have eaten 60+ meals from them over the years

I've been coming here for over five years (after a Facebook recommendation from Dee's One Smart Cookie) and I have never had a bad reaction to any food I've purchased (and, man, I've purchased A LOT over the years). The food is sensational, to the point where my non-celiac friends go out of there way to eat there too. Almost any non-pork dish can be made GF (while actually retaining the true essence of the dish) with brown & white sauces, newly introduced egg rolls, and good fried dishes like general tsos that are contaminant free. And, the gentlemen who own and operate it are just treasures. They are SO good to their customers and I love them so much. Favorite dishes: egg rolls, dumplings, tsos, and Mei fun. Really anything I've ever had here has been amazing.

Woman I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable about celiac and made sure to repeat my other to me twice so she got it correct. Everything was clearly marked and my containers were packed separately. She said that everything on the menu but the Lo Mien could be made GF. Everything was delicious! Best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time!

My son is celiac. I don’t eat 100% gf but we shared general Tso’s chicken and pork lo Mein. They were able to make both gf. My son said the general Tso’s looked, smelled and tasted like real Chinese food! He said the lo Mein noodles should be thicker but it still tasted good. They were also able to make him a gf egg roll. Overall I was very pleased with price, taste and options. Much better than my last experience at P.F. Chang’s.

I Recently had to go to a gf diet and after seeing so many positive reviews i was so ready and excited to try it out here myself. This was our first night here. We had family over and i have to say it was so nice seeing their menu loaded with something for everyone. They clearly noted my food and bagged it separately . For the first time in a while it was “easy” for me to decide what i wanted on a menu and fully trusted this restaurant with my order.. and i can honestly say hands down it was delicious, and GF, and overall an excellent experience. Our family WILL be going back
I eat here probably every other week and have never been disappointed. Dumplings, tons of entree options and egg drop soup. Food is amazing and reasonably priced.

They never disappoint! I am a very sensitive celiac and I eat here all the time. There are very few places that I would trust to get take out and they are on of them. They always package my gf food in a separate bag from the rest of my family. I am so glad to have this so close to where I live!
Yes
BEST Gluten Free Chinese! I get the vegetable dumplings, GF crispy sweet and sour chicken, and pork fried rice. Always amazing and friendliest owner and staff! Of course “everything” can’t be made gluten free, but what they can do - they do VERY well!
We ordered from here based on this app and suggestions from others. My husband ordered in person and while they were very helpful, unfortunately 2 of the main things that I eat for Chinese food (egg rolls and chicken fingers) CAN’T be made gluten free. Disappointed as even when he walked in he was told the entire menu could be done GF. So we settled for sesame chicken (gf sauce on the side), along with gf pork fried rice, gf beef lo mein (with rice noodles). Everything was very good and they made sure to label the gf sauces. Leftovers actually tasted better than day of!
It is as good as the reviews say. General Tso’s was the best I’ve ever had. I loved everything about this restaurant. Finally... Chinese food again!

The restaurant has moved to Rocky Hill. They kept the same menu as was in Glastonbury.
Food was fantastic! Many choices and even had gluten free dumplings. My son and I both have celiac and felt great. My family shared 3 GF entrees including sesame beef, sweet and sour chicken and tofu! Worth the trip for the great food and friendly service.

We love this place, we come up from Stratford to get the gf food!

Wangs is the BEST! The GF Chicken Fried Rice and GF General Tso’s are amazing. I’ve never had any issues eating here, and if you order to go, they label everything that was ordered GF as well as put it in a separate bag for you. Highly highly recommend!
Delish. Egg drop soup, General Tso’s Chicken, Chow fun (wide noodles). Ice cream for dessert. Staff knowledgeable on what is gluten free

A-ma-zing!! It was so nice to have coated fried tangerine chicken and it was delicious! I would definitely go back.
Excellent service and food. They know what is gf and what they can do gf. Great accommodations at great prices!

Excellent GF Selection and standards. Amazing food. Amazing service. Beautiful environment. Presentation was great. I can't think of a thing they could have done better. Recommend to anyone and everyone
The food was AMAZING!!! The gentleman on the phone was informed and really helpful. I had dumplings, general tso, and orange chicken. I also had egg drop soup. All of it was so good!!!
Rare is the place that makes you feel this safe. The waiter brought a bowl of the crispy (wheat) noodles to my table and I looked up and said "Hi! I'm here for your gluten free food!" and he grabbed up the bowl and said 'Well then you can't have these!' JACKPOT! I've now had the Mongolian beef (sweet), beef with scallions (savory), egg drop soup, shrimp and vegetable dumplings, and egg drop soup. All of which are A+. The fried rice is ok but short on the veggies. As a side note, I really wish that people wouldn't leave single sentence, no-explanation negative reviews. You're not helping and it's just petty.
Yes
Server was knowledgeable. General Tso chicken was so great you wouldn't even know it was gluten free! Almost everything can be made GF expect the egg rolls. Would recommend

We have been many times and are never disappointed. Their ability to offer so many gf choices is amazing! I absolutely love their sesame chicken and egg drop soup!
