Called ahead of time to ask if they had gluten free options, was told yes. Waitress had no idea about allergens and kept dodging our questions. Forgot to bring me things three times (never did). Never confirmed questions about allergens.

Server INSISTED their soy sauce was gluten free, even though I asked/challenged her several times (is it Tamari? It is a GF brand? Are you sure it’s GF, cause most brands aren’t!). Finally pushed to get label info, and of course, it had wheat. Didn’t trust much else after that point. Did end up having steamed chicken, veggies, and white rice, which was fine, but was really miffed at the misinformation.
