the server when prompted said “nothing was gluten free” but they do have gluten free noodles, all the broths and proteins are apparently gluten free. i wouldn’t trust anything and i’m honestly not sure why they have gluten free noodles in the first place. i have an intolerance and use “gluten-ease” if i need to and that usually works for just soy sauce so i used those but i wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone with gluten allergy/intolerance or celiac, unless it is by choice.
