Everything can be modified to be gluten free, which was really nice. I was able to have a fried chicken sandwich and the fryer was dedicated GF, according to the waiter. Food was delicious!

Ward 4 takes being celiac and all allergies very seriously. We have designed our menus around this. We scratch make everything, including all of our fried items. We use a special blend of corn and rice flour, corn starch, and seasonings to make up our fry breading. This is the only way we feel we can ensure that our fryers stay 100% Gluten Free. We have no regular flour in house anywhere and all ingredients we source are carefully chosen and checked to ensure they are gluten free. 90 percent of our menu is or can be gluten free including all of our most popular dishes like our crisped brussels sprouts with thai chili glaze or our burgers with gluten free buns. Want a fish and chips or boneless wings? We have you covered. Fried pickels? Onion rings? No problem!

Pleasantly surprised! I got fish and chips which I would not usually get at a pub but the waiter suggested it. It was fresh and delicious! Food came out fast and celiac was taken seriously. The fries were really good too. I look forward to going back!

We stopped here on the way home from Salem and the food was great! 95% of the menu could be made gluten free and they have a dedicated fryer. Pretty reasonable portions too which was nice. Everyone was very happy with their meals and the server paid excellent attention to my celiac.
