Review of Warren's Lobster House

Heard about their salad bar so when the family wanted to go I figured I'd be fine with whatever was at the salad bar. I was pleasantly surprised when we got there and I saw an actual gf menu on the table already. Went through my usual spiel with the waitress all was good. Then half way through my dinner I find a piece of pasta which I had already been told would not be gf. So now I'm thinking the only way this pasta could have made it into my dish is if it had been cooked in with the sauce they used, of which I had already eaten about half. Got a ton of apologies but would have liked to hear about how they were going to fix their procedures to avoid something like this happening again.
