I’m a sensitive celiac. I called ahead and was told that fried items (though marked gluten free on the menu) use shared oil and wouldn’t be appropriate for celiacs. It was also recommended that if I ordered online I could add a note to say I was sensitive and ask for my meal to be prepared in a separate pan. I had the salmon miso bowl with roasted cabbage and seasonal vegetables. I didn’t get sick and it was delicious!
