They do have gf soy sauce, but the mayo they use to make the rice sticky is not gluten free. Very few options unless you like sashimi.

There wasn’t a lot on the menu that I could have, but they were very cautious about ensuring my meal was safe! The nigiri, sashimi and vegetable rolls are all gluten free when not made with their sushi rice. They also provided a gluten free soy sauce alternative, and were very cautious to check that the drink I had ordered was gluten free (it was not, I appreciate their thoroughness!)

Not a lot on the menu but we sat at the bar and the sushi chef made us off-menu accommodations. Unheard of in sushi places. I was so happy!!

The staff was super careful and helpful but there are not a lot of gf choices in the menu.

They told me to get sashimi or a salmon dish without the “sauce” that (in my opinion) makes the fish a “dish.” I saw the eel sashimi and I am a big fan of eel so I got excited again, then they said eel was prepared in a sauce beforehand so I shouldn’t get that one. I felt really bad at this point, ordered a yellowtail sashimi, ate four pieces of raw fish and got out.

Even though the staff was lovely and three of them were constantly communicating with me to make sure I ate safe, the food was boring and tastless. Seeing other people eating sushi that is literally on fire right next to me also didn’t help.

Food was generally very good however watch out... I told them I had a gluten allergy and ordered sushi but it came drizzled with soya sauce. When I mentioned this to them they said that soya sauce was not gluten free and they would remake it with no sauce.

Talked with the staff and they were able to accommodate my needs and brought me gluten free soy sauce. They provided steamed rice instead of sushi rice, and I enjoyed sushi with steamed rice. Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten.
