Review of Wasabi Bistro

Since we had not been there before, the server took the time to explain the menu options, and we were delighted to find an entire page of warm sides and an extensive list of rolls on a beautifully presented gluten free page in the standard menu. (They also have a vegetarian page). Our server made sure to express that almost any dishes could be modified for other specific allergen needs. (We ordered the rainbow roll without nuts due to my husband's allergy.) All ingredients are listed for each dish, gluten-free soy sauce is available, as is a great list of sake. Even though I was the only GF diner, the three of us selected a variety of rolls from the GF menu (which are also found on the standard menu) so the meal was completely safe. The sushi was great, and the service was very attentive. One of my dining companions declared Wasabi to be her new favorite sushi restaurant. We will definitely be back!
