I did not get sick eating here, but was definitely worried about getting sick. When we sat down, I told the server that I had celiac. She mentioned that she had another guest that was gluten free and that she was “learning on the fly” that night. No GF menu and she didn’t really know what was GF. So I ordered safely (sashimi and nigiri) and a rainbow roll - no sauce on anything. She did check with the kitchen, but I was definitely nervous.
