Honestly the staff is not very knowledgeable about gluten-free at all so you really have to know what typical sushi ingredients are gluten-free. Whenever I order sushi I make sure there is no teriyaki, soy sauce, crunchies, fried anything, etc.

This has actually become my go-to sushi place.
