They are always extremely careful. They are so super accommodating. I did not know the spicy crab salad wasn’t gluten free. They informed me the imitation crab was not. I went again for hibachi the chef was so nice!

3/5 in my house are GF. Wasabi always accommodates us with separate GF sauces and is always careful about these requests. Been enjoying their hibachi in restaurant, as well as takeout for years. Never a bad experience.

Do NOT eat here if you have a gluten allergy or celiac. I informed the waiter I have a gluten allergy and ordered the spicy tuna salad which came with avocado, pine nuts and green salad. When the dish came the tuna had been rolled in the crunch and there were no pine nuts. I informed the waiter the crunch was not gluten free, he apologized and when he brought the plate back, instead of making a new one they had tried to scrap the crunch off leaving debris of crunch behind in the tuna. I ended up having to order something entirely different and by the time my food came my dinner date was already done eating. Needless to say, I will not be back to eat here out of fear of suffering a flare.
