Take your own GF soy sauce. The chef, through my server, pointed me to a couple of options and they were quite good. I had a small sashimi sampler of the chef’s choice and some edamame. Also some sake.

Spoke to the chef and server, both of whom were knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination, and able to advise on which menu items could safely be made gluten free. Most of the sushi rolls can be made gluten free. My celiac wife and I have eaten here twice with no sickness either time.
