Wasabi Sushi

I've ordered from Wasabi Sushi PDX twice now. The first time, the woman who helped us understood my dietary restriction and recommended something with a modification to make it gluten free. The second time, the person on the phone said the ginger tofu poke bowl was gluten free and then served me my meal topped with fried breaded onion bits. I had to get it remade but could not effectively communicate about the risk of cross-contamination.
