When I announced that I was celiac / had a gluten allergy, they said they could accommodate. Many times I hear this and don’t trust it but they put my mind at ease here because he listed each of the items I could or couldn’t have. They have gluten free soy sauce and are willing to ensure a clean surface to avoid cross contamination. At one point a server brought by soup and the man I’d been talking too quickly came up and grabbed them away due to the fried onions in it. He replaced it with a version without the fried onions. I ended up having chicken hibachi and fried rice made with GF soy sauce.
